Quick and Easy Crumb Topping
(Fruit Crisp recipe at the bottom of this post)

Crumb Topping:
1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup flour
1 cup oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
pinch of salt
Directions: Use fork to combine ingredients together. Store in freezer bag up to six months in the freezer.
For Fruit Crisp:
Place fresh or frozen fruit of choice into a square glass dish. Sprinkle generous amount of crumb topping over fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
